What information bestiptvsmarters.club handles when you browse the site, fill in the order form or talk to us on WhatsApp, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how to have it removed. Last updated September 14, 2026.

Browsing the site

The site has no sign-up, no customer account and no newsletter, and it runs no advertising trackers. The checklist on the home page works inside your browser; your ticks are not sent to us.

Our web server and Cloudflare, which protects the site and delivers its pages, process technical data such as your IP address, your browser, the page you asked for and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the pages and to keep the site secure. Cloudflare can also count page views without setting a cookie. The few cookies that can appear are listed in the cookie policy.

The order form

The order form asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number and country, the device and player app you plan to use, the payment method you prefer and an optional note. We use them to process the order, to email you the confirmation, to reach you on WhatsApp about the payment and your login, and to help you set up afterwards. A copy of each order is kept in the shop's order records so we can answer questions about it later.

With each order we also record your IP address, your browser and the page you came from, to stop abuse of the form.

How long it is kept

IP address, browser and referring page recorded with an order: removed after 30 days.
Orders that are cancelled, expired or refunded: deleted after one year.

Talking to us on WhatsApp

When you message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp name and what you write, plus anything else you choose to send. We use it to take your order, send your login details and help you set up. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.

Payments

Payments go through the provider you choose: your card's processor, PayPal, the crypto network or the gift card issuer, each under its own privacy terms.

What we never do with it

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to advertisers. It serves your order and the help that follows, nothing else.

Your requests

To see the information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp from the contact page. A deletion covers both the order form's records and the shop's order records.
